One fully renovated bedroom is up for rent in our Greenpoint apartment. We are located 4 blocks away from Msgr. McGolrick Park, a 15-minute walk to Graham Av. L and Nassau Av. G. Close to YMCA, outdoor swimming pool, and restaurants.

The apartment is cozy and clean and has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the top floor. All the rooms, kitchen, living room, and bathroom are newly renovated. The stainless kitchen and bathroom are new, too. You'll be living with 2 women. We would love to share a nice time together, but not a necessarily party vibe.
