About This Lister

This is a lease takeover with the option to renew directly with our amazing landlord at the end of February 2026. My husband and I currently live here with our pup, Summer — she’s a fluffy bundle of joy who especially loves the private courtyard and nearby walks in Central Park. We both work in creative and tech fields and have loved calling this apartment home.
