I work in operations for an international solar company. This space has been set up to provide a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of NYC living - plants, lots of light and care.
I am looking for someone who will be very respectful of the space - this is my primary home!

We will furnish a sublet agreement with details and defined payment terms. Rent payment is due in full one week prior to arrival. We can jump on a call and discuss what works.

Security deposit required for the reservation and the apartment will be professionally cleaned before your arrival and upon departure.
