This place has an in-unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, high ceilings, and incredible natural light. This would be my 3rd year living in this place, so it is furnished except for your room.

Prefer a female roommate in their mid or late 20s or early 30s. I hope you are (1) comfortable with WFH while respecting the common space, (2) love having small gatherings & appreciate the importance of recharging with some people every once in a while, (3) understand conflicts happen, but it takes effective communication & comprehension to resolve things, (4) very clean & tidy up right away and stick to a cleaning schedule, and (5) quick to pay for shared expenses.
You’ll be signing your own lease with the landlord, but will need an annual income of at least 40x the monthly rent and good credit or a guarantor.
