Beautiful, ungodly stunning, furnished apartment available!

This is a large apartment with hardwood floors and abundant lighting (large new windows) throughout. The expansive living room opens to a private balcony with glass doors and the large kitchen has a gas stove and dishwasher. very large/bright epson projector with netflix! two bathrooms! central air. impossibly dank delonghi $$$ espresso machine so you can make homemade cappuccinos all summer long and say "never again" to your unrequited barista crush. or invite them over and beguile them with your foamed milk chops! i don't care tbh

Very nice two offices (one with a lovely foldout couch), and primary bedroom with queen size mattress. couches in the living room are nice too! we have a "synthesizer nook".

A short walk to many amazing cafes and bars, it's an 11min walk to the M (Forest Ave) train or a 12 min walk to the L (DeKalb) train. CitiBike on the corner.

This is an amazing place for a couple or pair of artists looking for a place to work for a micro-vacay or project retreat or whatever. Many albums and films have been generated during our sublets and during our daily life!

Bonus points: if you have baby, you can bring baby. use baby things like our crib, pack and play, toys, but baby don't fuck with our walls via crayon!
