I won't be living with you as you are my replacement but I am nice and reasonable! I work for university running their woodshop. My roommates work partially remote and are an accountant and a business analyst. They are both clean and a good percentage of around and not around.

I have lived in this apartment for almost four years and its been amazing. I want to set my roommates up with a new person they like and contributes to the apartment. In terms of personality, chatty and kind. My roommates are looking for someone who would want to be friends. A woman in her late 20s would be ideal for them. Income and cleaning, pretty normal standards.
Pets Policy
Pets are allowed in the building, my roommates are open. There was a cat that lived in the apartment for years. Her litter box was underneath the washer dryer, if you can see the spot in the photos. I would say its on a case by case basis.
