I’m moving to be closer to my partner, so I am taking expressions of interest for longer term rentals with the possibility of a lease takeover (this lease extends until Nov 1st 2026). The apartment will be a semi furnished version of the house that you see in these pictures inc key dining & bedroom furniture. I'll only be taking decorative items with me. Kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, cutlery, pots etc.) will be minimal so the successful applicant may need to BYO.

I’ve listed this as a 6 month rental but open for offers of 3, 6, 12 & 18 months and open to concrete offers for a lease takeover.
