We believe that even temporary living should feel like home. The spacious apartment is fully furnished and suited for stays from a few months up to a year, ideal for professionals relocating to NYC, corporate stays, or anyone looking for a high-quality interim home.

We offer the apartment for 12+ months at the listed rate under a standard NYC lease agreement.
Lease terms:
12+ months: $7,500/month (utilities included except electricity)
6+ months: $8,000/month (utilities included except electricity)
3+ months: $8,500/month (all utilities and high-speed internet included), plus NYC short-term occupancy tax
Security deposit: One month’s rent, fully refundable at the end of the lease, subject to standard conditions.
