April 1, 2026 - September 1, 2026

Neighborhood

Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Transportation

I am subletting my charming Williamsburg apartment from April 1st to September 1st. There is some flexibility for an extension.

The apartment is a bright, clean, and comfortable home in prime Williamsburg, right by McCarren Park. The location is pretty amazing, as everything you need is basically within blocks of the apartment. I’m looking for a considerate, responsible subletter who can commit to the space for preferably five months and who will treat the space with care and respect.

- Rent: $3,150
- Very close to the L train Bedford L stop - Approx 6 min walk.
- Fully furnished (kitchen furniture, sofa, pots and pans, NutriBullet, Nespresso machine, cutlery, etc.
- Calm, peaceful layout ideal for working from home.
- Neighborhood is full of great restaurants, bars, Williamsburg Cinema, Nitehawk Cinema, Williamsburg Music Hall, galleries, stores, etc. Beacons Closet Vintage is across the park.
- A 24-hour Organic Grocery store is four blocks away (carries all Organic brands), Whole Foods, Apple Store, J Crew, Everlane, ID Menswear, Diptyque, Trader Joe's, and Sephora.
- The Natural Wine Store is across the street. Amazing coffee in every direction.
- Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided, and a list of everything you need to know about the neighborhood!
- There is no washer/dryer in the building, but I regularly use a nearby laundromat.
- WiFi included.
- Comparable furnished rentals in this part of Williamsburg are listed well above this price, making this an excellent value for a longer-term stay.

Williamsburg is a dynamic neighborhood. The apt is close to all the amenities: subway (L + G Trains), grocery store, great coffee places (Zero Rhythm, Swallow, Partners, and The BakeShop) great wine store (Natural Wine Store) and many of the best restaurants in NYC - Peter Luger, Lilia, Misi, Five Leaves, Le Crocodile at the Wythe Hotel, Antica Pesa, and The William Vale. Beautiful parks close by - McCarren Park is one block away, McGolrick Park a few over, and East River State Park (watching the sunset over the city from here is amazing!!). Also, lots of yoga studios, gyms, etc super close. It's a really great neighborhood, very artsy, and happening. This is truly a prime Brooklyn location.

Please message me if interested. I prefer a single person, but am open to a couple, too. Serious replies only.

*No pets please
