This completely remodeled one bedroom guest studio is a little precious gem situated in the heart of fancy Atwater Village, 5 minutes away from Silver Lake and Frogtown, walking distance to the best cafes and restaurants.

The entire property is privately walled for a truly indoor/outdoor vacation or business trip. Set apart from the street, this adorable 1 bed/1 bath is totally hidden by our enchanted garden, with orange and lemon trees, a giant Queen Palm Tree, and a secular olive tree.

The studio features a red mahogany deck, all yours to hang out, and your own private entrance. New microwave and coffee maker. One bedroom with a queen bed.

Bathroom with shower, plenty of towels, shampoo and soap.
Flat screen with apple tv.

There is one closet that is locked, please do not try to open it, there is a lock and we will notice immediately.
You have two dressers all for you and a rack to hang your clothes :)

Guest access
The guests of the studio don't have access to the front yard, but they are welcome to use the beautiful patio in the back, as long as they respect the house rules.

After 10 pm, we gently ask all our guests to stop using the outdoors spaces, to close all doors and windows and be respectful of our neighbors' and other guests' peace.
Some of my personal belongings are in the studio, please be respectful of this space that we are sharing with love and gratitude.
