We are right next to the J line, Gates stop, and there are great local spots like sunrise/sunset, salt & pepper bodega, BK bagels, Lallins Coffee all within walking distance as well as Blink gym. Plus, it's right next to the Foodtown market, so getting groceries won't be a problem.

Since there will be three in the apartment total, we will divide the Electric bill by three. Your portion is about $150 this is typical to high. Your portion a month for ultra Fast Premium High Speed internet is around $45. Your portion of Gas a month is usually around $20

I am an architect & professor and my partner is in tech support, we are both in our early 30s, love to travel and for the most part spend our evenings out with friends or relaxing at home in our side of the unit leaving the rest of the house for you. We spend holidays with family in Texas or Europe.

We’re laid back, tidy, and we like to cook, chat, and keep the space calm and welcoming. We enjoy socializing with friends and having them over for dinner once a month or so. We appreciate art, good music, architecture.
