It is the cutest space on the crossing Broadway/east 21st street, 4th floor with plenty of sunlight and fire escape with a view on the Broadway.
I will be traveling to LA to see my boyfriend thats why it will be available. Perfect time to visit NYC in the end of winter.
The neighborhood is amazing, walkable and in the center of everything. Super cosy space!
The subrental period can be flexible, its $150/night.
