I am a photographer, and performance artist, Subletting my apartment / home studio from October 1st to October 31st.

Sun filled, spacious 2 room studio space + one bedroom + eat in kitchen. The bedroom has a meditation corner/book nook. It is fully furnished. It is the top floor of a Victorian House.

My photography studio is available for use with backdrops and stands, and a desk. You need to use your own camera and lenses. One room is for movement practice which is ideal for dancers. There is also a digital piano.

This is a very green neighborhood. Ditmas Park is 15-20 mins walk to the Prospect Park. B and Q trains are around the corner. 30 mins to the city. Many restaurants, grocery stores and bars in the neighborhood. It is very serene and calm part of Brooklyn.

I am looking for a professional who will respect the space as their own during their stay.
