One bedroom loft apartment in the center of Rome available for 1 month sublet (month preferred, but available for shorter term as well). The apartment on the ground floor, has a private courtyard and doorman. Downstairs is an open plan dining/living/working room and kitchenette and single bathroom. Upstairs is the bedroom and large bathroom, with bathtub and washing machine. The space is the perfect size for a couple or single person.
The neighborhood is Piazza Navona, a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon, 10 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, and on an absolute picturesque cobble stone street. The street itself it quiet and tucked away from the busier streets. There are lots of boutiques, trattorias, and museums within walking distance.
There is no parking, and street parking can be difficult, but renting a car isn't necessary unless you plan on traveling outside of the city.
Looking for someone who needs temporary housing in Rome, or wants to take a chill trip in this beautiful city. No parties or events in the space, please. Sadly, no pets allowed.
I'm an aspiring ex-pat currently moving to Rome from California. I write, design jewelry and ceramics, and love Italy. I recently rented this apartment and don't want it to sit empty when I have to travel back and forth to CA/Rome for work.
$500 deposit, paid back at the end of the rental time minus $80 cleaning costs. Keys will be made available to you upon check in. All other apartment information will be made available upon checkin.
