It is located in the heart of Paris in a neighborhood full of nice restaurants and cafés, next to the North Station and the East Station and 15 min walking distance from Montmartre and 10 min walking distance to the canal.

The apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, though it is ideal for a couple. It is composed of a big living room in which you have a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table ; a bed room with a double bed and a desk ; an equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, gas stove, a fridge and a dishwasher ; and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment is free from the 20th of December until the 3rd of January.

We’re Andrea (he/him) and Margaux (she/her), a couple who’ve been living together for a year in our cozy Parisian apartment. Andrea is Italian, teaches philosophy, and loves books, cooking, and traveling by train. Margaux is from Belgium, works as a researcher in gender sociology, and shares Andrea’s love for literature — plus, she’s excellent at drawing :)
