I have squamous cell cancer Stage 3 (T3N1) and will be treated at Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC, schedule yet to be determined. But they need to treat it as soon as possible.

We are very clean and rather quiet. I am a policy analyst and a disability advocate. I will be attempting to work on policy issues during treatment. Wifi is necessary.

My daughter and I need a two or three bedroom furnished or unfurnished apartment for the summer to be close to cancer treatment. Must be an elevator building due to disabilities.

We live in Cortland NY, about 250 miles away from NYC. My daughter has immune issues so we cannot consider apartments where pets live, much as we love them. My daughter needs to stay with me during cancer treatment and. I need her company to make it through chemo and radiation. I am really good at keeping plants alive so if you need a plant sitter, I am your Master Gardener.

Ideally we would find someone willing to donate the apartment for the summer, but we might be able to manage some rent, as we are running a GoFundMe.. Unfortunately there is a shortage of housing at MSK for outpatient cancer treatment and i don't know if they will have housing for us.

I know this is a stretch, but I thought I would see if anyone was leaving for the summer and might be able to assist us.

We would prefer an apartment with our own washer and dryer since I will be high risk during cancer treatment and it's best not to use shared washers and dryers. We would need to have the apartment to ourselves for the same reason.
