We’re looking to swap our beautiful, light-filled apartment in East London for a place in New York City this December (2025)! Our home is perfectly located in Homerton, just two minutes from the Hackney Marshes, ideal for wintery walks and a dose of nature right in the city. A short stroll away is Chatsworth Road, with its independent shops, cafés, and restaurants, and you’re only 10 minutes from Hackney Central, where you’ll find plenty more bars, cafés, and local spots. Central London is just 40 minutes away.

We’re quite flexible about the exact location in NYC. I’m currently a visiting research fellow at NYU, and my partner will be joining me for my last month in the US.
