In the heart of Montmartre, overlooking Rue Audran, a stone's throw away from Rue des Abbesses and Rue Lepic, is this 46 m², one-bedroom apartment. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a typical Parisian Haussmannian building, the space is lit up by the sun in the mornings as it is oriented east. You'll enjoy a comfortable queen-sized bed, a living room with a small dining area, and a kitchen that is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, gas stove-top, and washing machine. WiFi is available as well as a fan for the hot summer days, and all essentials for a long-stay are provided (towels, bed linens, a hair dryer).
The neighborhood is one of Paris' liveliest, with many bars and restaurants around, not to mention the Sacre Coeur, which is just a 10-minute walk away. This is a perfect space for an individual or a couple looking to spend summer in Paris.
I am the current co-tenant with my partner, and the apartment is fully furnished by us. I enjoy aperos in the parks of Paris, political discussions, and cooking. I use she/her pronouns.
We prefer that the apartment be rented for the full duration of the rental period, from July 17 to August 18. Shorter stays will be taken into consideration, but only those over 2 weeks. A copy of official government ID will be requested, and a subleasing contract can be signed between both parties.
