My holiday plans fell through, and I'm still looking to spend some time away. Want to swap homes and spend the holidays in NY?

Particularly interested in Portland, ME or Puerto Rico, and very open to anything else fun that comes up.

The more it sounds like the list below, the better:

- private space that's spacious, quiet and with lots of light
- if it's in a city, would prefer a walkable area
- if it's in nature, well... nature wins, but a fun town somewhat close would be cool
- anywhere that I can get to by land from NY in under 8h, or anywhere that I can fly to for under $1k (ideally less)

About my space:

The apartment is a great one bedroom on the ground floor of a wonderful brownstone building, overlooking a row of backyards from the very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen.

Located in the heart of Park Slope, steps away from amazing restaurants and only a few blocks from Prospect Park.

Fast and reliable wifi, a super comfortable queen bed and ample street parking available.

Open to solo travelers and couples. No pets.
