Hi, we are Taylor + Griffin. We gut-renovated the apartment in 2017 and have lived there ever since. It is a beautiful space and we are looking for a respectful tenant (or couple) who will treat it as their own. Recently we moved next door (within the same coop) to a one bedroom apartment.
