I'm offering my home for a sublet this summer while I'm away, ideally I would love to have someone for the full duration listed. The apartment is in a brand-new luxury high-rise, completed in 2024. I’m an architect so I’ve put a lot of care into designing it as my personal sanctuary. The space is filled with high-end furnishings, art, and thoughtful details that make it a comfortable and functional place to live.

I'm looking for someone who’ll appreciate and respect the space—and my things—just as much as I do.

The building is non-smoking. Sorry, no pets allowed in the apartment.
