A fully equipped kitchen, a double bed built into the wall, large closets, and a sofa bed will make you feel at home in this bright apartment.

The shutters are electric and close completely. All utilities, including Wifi included.

3 elevators serve the flat and it is in a very secure building.

I am looking for someone who will respect the flat and be nice to my neighbors, eventually water my plants if it is not too much to ask.

Only thing the flat lacks not have is a drying machine, but is usually airdry.
