MY Mother bought this building in the 60's and I have owned this wonderful building since 2013...Thank you Mom!I . I have always cared about helping create community (as did my Mother) and love the eclectic neighborhood of St . Andrews Square where I am very active in both the Neighborhood Association and the Neighborhood Council . Some areas of St. Andrews Square, including my building have recently been added to the California and National Historic Registry, and I was active in helping with the creation of this designation. I do have a RE License, but this is a property I personally own. The lemon tree planted in the back was from the tenants in the building to honor my father.
I will most likely be showing the space. I have an apartment on site and I am the contact for the tenants. We have all been friends for years!
I own the building.
