Wildflowers abound, wildlife is prominent (deer, turkey, foxes, eagles, porcupines and skunks - which are too cute). The location can't be beat - in prime Accord, less than 10 minutes to Inness, Westwind Orchard, Arrowood Brewery, Bluebird Wines and Accord Market. Central but still feels completely secluded due to amount of land and mid-mountain positioning. You can't see any neighbors (but they're all great people). Open to longer-term or shorter-term rentals as well. Lightning fast internet. Lawn / land / pest maintenance included, utilities are extra.

We are two creatives living between Accord, NYC and Tokyo. We're currently residing in Tokyo (having a baby!) but plan to be back in NY this fall. We'll have our property manager set up showings and make sure the house is thoroughly cleaned. Clothing closets will be cleaned out but we will keep some personal items in the house!
