We're renting our fully furnished 1 BR apartment in a historic Greenpoint building with views direct to the Empire State Building, just minutes from the East River.
It's one of the few buildings of its kind left in Greenpoint: a multi-generational mix of families, artists, and people who prefer a bit of neighborhood character over a lobby with a doorman.
We're hoping to rent to someone who appreciates feeling a part of that social fabric.
Fee includes all utilities and cleaning.
- 1 block from Greenpoint Ave G train
- 2 blocks from the Greenpoint ferry to Manhattan
- Dozens of bars & restaurants in either direction, including Radio Bakery, Taquería Ramírez, Bar Americano, Panzón, Milk & Roses, and Glasserie
- Minutes from Transmitter Park, the waterfront green space and East River promenade that's arguably the best park in Brooklyn (sorry, Prospect Park!)
We are two long-time New Yorkers who love art and love our neighborhood. We've poured a lot of care and attention into our apartment over the last eight years, filling it with art, design and many beautiful books to infuse it with as much charm and personality as possible. We are organized, responsible, communicative professionals with many creative side-projects, and we're looking to fill our space with like-minded folks while staying with family outside the country this winter.
