About This Lister

I am a professional artist who lives and works in Philly. I teach at local colleges and travel frequently for work. This house is my main residence. I've been renovating this place for over a year. I'm the landlord/ owner. I made this house to look like my ideal living space and in the style of some art residencies I went to in the U.S.

This is a quiet place in general and full of daylight. Please water the plants once a week if you decide to go forward with the rental. If you wish to take care of my cat, there will be a discount in the price. Someone can also come over and do this work if you cannot do so.

There are many tools in the house. Check in with me if you want to use the space for art yourself. I can make arrangements to make that happen.
