Tenant Documentation Requirements
Signed Lease Agreement – Completed and signed by the Tenant.
Proof of Renters Insurance – A certificate or copy of a "Tenant’s All-Risk" or "Renters Insurance" policy covering personal property, equipment, inventory, and business interruption.
Required Initial Payments
First Month's Rent – Amount as specified in the lease provisions.
Last Month's Rent – Amount equal to one month's rent.
Security Deposit – An initial payment equal to one month’s rent.
Utility & Operational Fees
Shared Utility Fee – An additional charge of $1.50 per square foot annually to cover shared electric, gas, and water costs.
