This space is a private 125 sq ft studio in a chill artist community. There are 7 artists on the floor sharing a kitchen and rooftop/courtyard access. Bathroom and slop sink are also located on the floor.

Kathi is moving to Europe so she is subletting this excellent studio. Her sublease runs until July 31st and then it can be yours! Let me know if you would like to stop by and see the space.

Our community is a small group of amazingly supportive artists ranging from painters, sculptors, mixed media artists and writers. We are a 5-minute walk from Smith/9th F/G trains, Lowes, Home Depot, IKEA and more.
