You'd be joining seven artists on the floor, part of a larger courtyard building full of working artists. Our little community has painters, sculptors, mixed media folks, writers, and more. Everyone here is super friendly and chill. We have a shared kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, filtered water), bathroom, and slop sink. There is rooftop and courtyard access for when you want some sunshine and air.

The studio is five minutes on foot to the Smith/9th F and G trains. Lowes, Home Depot, IKEA and the Post Office are close by too. It's Red Hook so there are good food options nearby.

Rent covers all utilities and high-speed internet. You get private 24/7 access, secure bike parking, and free street parking out front. We are on the second floor and it is not wheelchair accessible.
