We have a great 300 sq ft studio available to sublet in our lovely space. It is one of four studios in a nice old industrial building. It has beautiful original wood floors, LG windows, lovely southern exposure light, and track lighting & clean walls. The studio is semi-private with 8' walls & door. Since it is part of a larger shared space, we ask that headphones be used for radio/music.

Looking for someone with a clean practice (no fumes, dust, excessive noise from power tools).

✿ 24hr access, AC unit in space, slop sink, clean, building-maintained bathrooms. Freight elevator.

✿ A block from Whole Foods, Dyke's Lumber, Griffin Lab and very close to Artist & Craftsman. Great if you live in Park Slope/Gowanus and are looking for a walkable commute!
