This spacious well lit studio is in a newly renovated building. The studio has AC, heat, high ceilings, and is sub-metered. The building has a large freight elevator, filtered drinking water, is very secure and clean. I am subletting to another artist a separate studio adjacent to my studio at 964 Dean Street. Prospect /Crown Heights is a fun, safe neighborhood with great transportation and close to the Brooklyn Museum.
