Soap and candle maker in NYC. Been at the studio for 5 years now and it’s been an amazing affordable space to grow my craft. Landlords are great and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves, there are about 30 studios in the building. I'm subletting because my father passed away and as his primary caretaker for the last 5 years. I have quite a lot to figure out for the future. Lots of things are up in the air right now and need to free up this some cash flow but can’t give this space up it’s just too perfect for me. Ideally I’d like to come back in. 3 month notice would be given. Long term and short term available . I’m flexible.
