This is a short term studio sublet. Dry work preferred.

$1750 is all inclusive-- wifi/internet, electric, A/C. The office space is furnished with a huge long table and chairs and the large space has several work table surfaces with removable tops and saw horse legs. Tables can be easily disassembled to create an even larger open space. Photo is of the larger space.

Owner will maintain storage of works in the office space. Friendly price to reflect that.

Studio will also be available again September 1 - November 30, possibly longer.

Amazing location, just a few blocks from the Williamsburg waterfront, quiet block close to many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. Bedford L and Marcy J/M/Z both a 12 min walk from studio. Secure loft building.
