Hello!~ I'm in and out of NYC a lot this summer and won't be using the space, very good if you want to knock out a project! :)
Other than that I've had this studio for about 2 years, great space and a wonderful location.

I am the current tenantRental requirements
Must pay on or before the 1st of every month, no large sculptures, spraying fixatives or using materials that require a respirator inside due to the studio having an open ceiling. You'll meet with the studio owner briefly so he can tell you helpful info and to get his contact for any emergencies. $350 security deposit.
