I am looking for an artist/ designer who would share this large studio space with me and use it during the work week. 

The rent is $750/mo + Coned (varies: around $30/mo in the summer to around $140/mo in the winter).

This art studio/ loft is located on the fifth floor of the industrial building in Astoria. The whole floor is artists occupied. You would access it via the stairwell, but the old freight elevator is available as well.

- Space is 564 sqft (47 feet long and 12 feet wide).

- 24/7 access, but preferably you would use it mostly during the work hours. (Mon-Fri, 9-5p) 

Location:
- Around the corner from 21St Queensbridge stop on F and M trains
- 8 min walk from Queensboro Plaza stop on 7, N and W trains

There is a heating system, bathroom access of course, I will bring microwave and a small fridge. The space is west-oriented, so the sun pours in in the afternoon.
