Building has elevator and stairs and each floor is keyed for privacy. Security code to enter building.

This is a short term studio sublet. Dry work preferred.

$1650 is all inclusive-- wifi/internet, electric, A/C. The office space is furnished with a huge long table and chairs and the large space has several work table surfaces with removable tops and saw horse legs. Tables can be easily disassembled to create an even larger open space. Photos are of the larger space.

Owner will maintain some storage of works in the office space. Friendly price to reflect that.

Studio may also be available for December, continuing month-to-month in 2026.

Amazing location, just a few blocks from the Williamsburg waterfront, quiet block close to many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc. Bedford L and Marcy J/M/Z both a 10 min walk from studio. Secure loft building.
