1600 Sq. Ft. Shop comes fully equip with air compressor and lines run throughout the shop on retractable overhead spools. Industrial table saw is equip with vacuum and HEPA overhead air filter. There are belt sanders, band saws, chop saws, and much much more!
Main Shop has a wall of hardware with mounts for clamps and tools; as well as, established and sturdy work benches. Private Bathroom with slop sink, and one on the floor down the hall.
Upper Level is equip with a wench and pulley to hoist things through a trap door. This level has roof access and is ideal for office equipment you may want to keep away from the dust of the shop. Lots of natural light, and space here, as well.
The Building has two loading docks; one on each side of the block. The shop is on the third floor and is easily accessible from both the freight and personal elevators.
The other tenants in the building are also carpenters, artist, percussionists, health care providers, and array of other occupations that are all friendly and ready to help when help is needed.
The building is kept by one of the most attentive and friendly supers I have ever personally dealt with.
The building is key card accessible and your unit has a key and lock. You're allowed to change this as you please.
I am a carpenter for a museum exhibition company that is currently renting the space. We are restructuring our business, and have several other shops we work out of throughout NY. The space is great, but we haven't been producing out of it as much lately.
I'll be the one showing the space on behalf of the company.
You'll need the standard rental documents. Proof of ability to pay the $3,300/month rent.
I can show the space throughout the week 8:30am - 4:30pm M-F, and outside by appointment if necessary.
