We (a painter and a sculptor) recently relocated to Paris from Brooklyn and are desperate for spaces to work. Happy to consider any type of space, together or separately.

The painter among us uses a non-toxic, zero-turp method and has a quiet practice. Only requirement is some form of natural light.

The sculptor is accustomed to solo or shared workshops (metalwork, carpentry, ceramic), and has in the past helped to develop derelict spaces into functioning workspace for artists and craftspeople. Traditional rent arrangement is great but would consider work-trade as well.

We are located near the south point of Parc de Buttes-Chaumont and are looking for something within 30 minutes commute if possible.

We are a highly adaptable pair, and are open to creative solutions. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have an idea or suggestion of where to look.
