The space is within a mixed use building, primarily artists and creative use. I work in creative and art related fields and would like to find someone that has similar sensibilities.

Details:

430 sq feet in a 900 sq ft room. Essentially half the room minus the entry area. There are two windows just outside the area which are accessible from a raised platform.

Polished concrete floors, with radiant floor heating.
Very stable electricity, and heat. AC is installed during summer months and removed thereafter, to allow more light into the room.

There is a small kitchen area with appliances and refrigerator.

Includes Wifi and heat.

I'm open to the area being shared by two people. The room will be built out upon being rented. It is a shared room and overall not intended for employees, meetings in a business capacity.

The area will be available October 1, possibly sooner.

I do have 121 sq ft (the corner picture with the red paper clamp) available now. This could be used up to Oct 1/Sept 15.
