I am looking for an unfurnished studio space for at least one year, preferably two, renewable for longer, for work with adult artists and art therapy clients. Ideal would be in or near White Plains, NY, and also in lower to mid Westchester with easy parking access. We will be using wet and dry materials including oils with Gamsol and drawings only fixed with Milk Casien. We will need some natural light, ventilation and a sink or possibility to install one in the studio; with clean bathrooms and in a maintained building, preferably ADA compliant. I am a seasoned visual artist with respect for and mindfulness of generating and maintaining peace in environments for artmaking.

Since covid "ended" I have been called back into service as a licensed clinical art therapist to help people navigating mental challenges and illnesses.
