A bright, calm, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Colonia Juárez, designed for comfortable medium-term living in Mexico City.

Located on Calle Hamburgo, the apartment sits on the second floor of a small, well-maintained 1940s building on a quiet, tree-lined block, within walking distance of Roma Norte, Condesa, and Paseo de la Reforma.

Originally conceived as artist studios, the building was designed so that street-facing apartments would receive abundant natural light throughout the day. Large windows keep the apartment beautifully bright from morning through late afternoon.

The Apartment

Recently renovated by an architect, the space was thoughtfully redesigned with careful attention to light, proportion, and everyday functionality. Several pieces of furniture were custom made specifically for the apartment, creating a calm and cohesive environment that feels more like a lived-in home than a temporary rental.

The apartment is fully furnished and thoughtfully uncluttered, with wood floors, a king-sized bed, full kitchen, reliable WiFi, HD TV, and everything needed for daily living and longer stays.
The apartment is currently in the final stages of furnishing. A comfortable dining/work table, chairs, and a few remaining kitchen appliances are on the way and will all be fully set up before move-in.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood offers some of the best everyday living in the city: cafés, restaurants, parks, grocery stores, and local markets all within walking distance, including Plaza Washington, Mercado Juárez, and Bosque de Chapultepec nearby.

A Good Fit

Best suited for someone who appreciates a peaceful, well-kept home and considerate neighbors. Ideal for remote workers, professionals on temporary assignment, creatives, or anyone looking to settle into the city for a few months.

Minimum stay: 1 month. Longer stays preferred.

About This Lister

I work in music and film, which often takes me away for extended periods. While I’m gone, it matters to me that my home is treated with care, kept clean and secure, and respected as someone’s lived space rather than a temporary rental.

I’m fairly discreet by nature and mindful of maintaining the quiet rhythm of daily life in the building and with neighbors.

I have close friends nearby should anything urgent come up, and I’ll remain reachable and responsive throughout your stay.
