Our loft is a thoughtfully curated space that is designed to be an inspiring oasis where you can work, relax, cook and be creative. There is plenty of sun all day long which we and our plants love! It is a corner unit in an artistic community of creators and wonderful people.

The loft complex is gated and there is one parking space included which is in a private gated lot. There is also a laundry room in the center of the complex that is a 1 minute walk from our door. All utilities are included in rental cost :>)

Our loft is located around Frogtown / Lincoln Heights with plenty of restaurants, bars and stores in the vicinity. Figueroa street is a 5 minute walk from our place. One of my favorite bars in LA Footsies is about a 5 minute walk from our home. Metro station is one block away.

Hey hi! I am a biologist currently wokring towards their masters degree. I am passionate about finding ways to heal our oceans and specialize in kelp research and bio data analysis. I also am a crochet fiber artist who creates unique pieces and I run an online clothing shop! I love interior design and have hand picked and curated the majority of our secondhand furniture and art in our loft.

Hi! I am musician who plays in an indie band and also DJs weddings and bars around LA. I love music and making food and enjoy going out to shows or cool bars and parks. I really love our community and hope you do too!
