Hello all -
I’m renting out my lovely 102m (1100sq ft) apartment located just a block from the river Spree in a leafy part of Moabit. It’s a beautiful old building (1904) with high ceilings and parquet floors. The apartment is a creative space, perfect to give yourself an artist residency. The living room has a south facing balcony. The airy bedroom faces the back courtyard. There is a bath & eat-in kitchen. The largest room is set up as a studio. The apartment is an artist home - comfy with all you need but not fancy. There is a washing machine, a keyboard and a video projector. It is on the 3rd floor no elevator.
Transportation: U9, M10
The neighborhood has many cafes, a great bakery on the corner & an organic grocery store a block away. Easy walk to the Tiergarten, Arminius Markethalle or the new English bookstore. There are two weekly farmer’s markets close by and one of the best Berlin flea markets on the weekend. The building is mostly families. I’m looking for a tenant who will keep my neighbors happy by respecting German quiet hours (no parties, no smoking). Watering the plants on the balcony would be much appreciated.

Rent: $1500/month which includes utilities and internet
Security deposit: $750 which will be returned as soon as I return and confirm the apartment is clean and in good condition.
Contract: Simple contract with dates, rent, security deposit received, etc.
Dates: March 17 - May 4th (possible earlier move in date)
Pets Policy
Open to pets but allergic so apartment has to be well cleaned at the end of your stay.
