I am an artist planning a trip to New York and would love to swap my apartment located in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain. It’s a warm and cozy space fully furnished with vintage treasures, artwork and plants and overlooks a green space. One big bedroom with queen bed and large built in desk, living room with balcony and a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Very quiet area but extremely well connected with lots of good public transport options, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants and even a little cinema within short walking distance.

You have the entire space to yourself!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

I am looking for a place in New York that is centrally located (I’m attending New York Jewelry Week which is happening around Manhattan and Brooklyn) and ideally would prefer a space that isn’t shared. I could be flexible for the right fit though, and there is a bit of flexibility with the dates. I would love to find someone who wants to do this swap on a semi regular basis, too!

Please note that I have a small dog, she won’t be at the apartment but if you are sensitive to pet hair this might be a problem.
