4K square foot house on 3.5 acres in Downtown Norfolk, CT. There are 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Two queens and one twin bed is set up.
The house is incredible peaceful and special. On a dead-end road. No traffic. Great if you have a dog. And kid friendly too. There are loads of trails and a wonderful library. The house is village onto itself. Plenty to explore inside and out. Wood burning stove in winter.
1500/week and 4500/month short term (1-3 months). Long term 3500/month
About This Lister
I'm a painter and teacher. I'm away for work 3 days each week and reside in a studio building on the same property behind the house the rest of the week. Plenty of privacy between the two spaces. I also have a small dog.

Dogs are welcome. Cat's are more difficult if they claw the furniture as it is furnished but can be considered.
