I've lived and worked in this Lincoln Heights loft for years, and it's become a true reflection of who I am — eclectic, warm, and full of things I love. It's not a staged rental; it's my actual home, and I'd love to share it with you while I'm away.
The space itself is something special. Soaring cathedral ceilings with original exposed wood beams, wide-plank wood floors, and light that moves beautifully through the day. The living room is anchored by a big sectional, vintage rugs, and walls covered in original artwork.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and an island that doubles as a dining room table, stocked with glassware for whatever the evening calls for. Up in the loft, tucked under the rafters, is a queen bed, warm lighting, and handmade textile art — it has a real nest-like quality I'm pretty fond of.
Outside, the backyard is shared with my neighbors (who are lovely and keep to themselves), with a deck, a gravel yard with string lights, a BBQ, and an outdoor dining table. There's also an interior studio/office space with garden-facing sliding doors if you need somewhere quiet to work or create.

I've put a lot of heart into this place over the years. I hope you feel it when you're here.
I split my time between NY and LA. I am a jack of all trades and love to keep myself busy right here in Lincoln Heights. I can recommend great local hikes, restaurants, and shops.
