About This Lister
I'm Charles, I'm one of three partners managing the 4th floor artist studios at 87 Richardson St, we are artist as well and are focused on maintaining a space for creativity and community.
One of the three of us will be here to show you the space and answer any questions you might have.

All tenants will be required to sign a rental agreement outlining the basic use and procedures for the space.
All agreements are month to month.
A deposit of two month's security and one month's rent will also be required. ONE month of the security deposit can be amortized over an agreed upon time period.
