I am subletting my studio from April 20 to July 11.
The studio is 12 × 18 ft. It’s a cozy, well-lit space with 13 ft ceilings, a large work table, a sofa, and a chair. There is shelving along the back wall - I will consolidate my materials there, leaving the rest of the space for your use.

The studio is quiet and located in Midtown on 36th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue. It’s a 4-minute walk to the A, C, E subway lines, with a Citi Bike station on the block, and about a 17-minute walk to Chelsea.

The building has an elevator, and the studio is on the 7th floor.
I’m looking for someone neat and respectful of the space.
I use mobile internet in the studio, and the reception is strong.
Rent is $900 per month, including electricity.

The studio is best suited for a focused, clean working practice.
