I'm a painter and I have been in this studio for a year. As I'm leaving for a trip, I'm looking for someone who's interested in subletting the space. I keep some storage in my space (painting stock, stretcher bars) but I will make sure to keep them organized and there is plenty of room left to be messy and make works.

I can offer a good deal of 1800/monthly (my original rate is 2300 per month plus trash collecting fee) if you can sublet the whole term, extra days charge can be on daily basis.
