We have one artist/office work space available beginning November 5 with approximate dimensions of 12.5 x 14 feet. This is not a co-working or sharing, rather you have your own private work space. Heat and electricty are included (there is surcharge for a.c.)

It is ideally suited for Production/ Graphic Design/Tech/Artists and other creative people.

It is a second floor walk up and has good lighting as it has two windows and three walls for art. Basic Wi-fi is available.

The studio is in a small commercial building located on a residential street. Other artists and makers have work spaces in the building. There is a shared bathroom on 1st floor.

The building is a few blocks from the 25th Street R train and near food and other fun things on 5th Avenue and Industry City. Minimum lease of 1 year and no living.

About This Lister

We own the building and live nearby so are readily available when issues arise. We are an artist and a festival producer.
